NURSERY
Located in the area called "PLAY TIME ZONE", it provides everything parents and children need. It consists of a "feeding area" equipped with high chairs, bottle warmers and automatic dispenser of various products, and a "changing area" with reserved boxes and changing tables.
BRACELET:
Request a bracelet on which to indicate your child's name and your mobile phone number to contact in case of loss at the "Welcome Center" information offices in the ticket office area.
STROLLERS:
At BEER VILLAGE parents can enter with strollers. Any "parking" of strollers is available at the "Welcome Center" Information Office in the Ticket Office area. The service is paid.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
At BEER VILLAGE everyone can enjoy great emotions! Access to individual areas is, however, subject to certain limitations.
SAFETY LIMITS OF THE ATTRACTIONS
For your safety, access to each attraction is subject to certain height, age and health restrictions.

The "Welcome Center" Information Office located in the Ticket Area provides all the information you need about BEER VILLAGE.
EASY SHOPPING
Buy now and collect on exit! Indulge in some unbridled shopping while continuing to enjoy the activities of the BEER VILLAGE in complete freedom, without bags and without worries! We will deliver all your purchases made in any store directly to the Welcome Center, in the ticketing area, where you can collect them without any charge. For more details, ask the staff in our stores.
WI-FI AREA
A convenient and free Wi-Fi service is available throughout the BEER VILLAGE. Search the “Beervillage-Guest” network with your device and log in for free with your social profile (Facebook or Google) or register and… Happy Browsing!
PETS
4-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle. Animals cannot ride the attractions, games and access the shows at the Arena. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs unattended in the Park: the surveillance staff are responsible for taking them into custody and keeping them safe. Please note that the high volume of music could annoy and make the animals restless
EXIT & RETURN FROM BEER VILLAGE
If you want to leave the BEER VILLAGE temporarily and return during the day, have the appropriate "pass" stamp affixed at the entrance/exit.
MEDICAL DEVICE
Inside the BEER VILLAGE, a first aid medical service is available throughout opening hours. If necessary, do not hesitate to ask our staff!
GUARDED LUGGAGE STORAGE
Live your day lightly at BEER VILLAGE! Leave your luggage at the "Welcome Center" Information Office in the Ticket Office area. A single recommendation: luggage must not contain food or drinks. The service is paid.
HELMETS STORAGE
